Here’s what it’s like to attend the Button virtual conference!

Live broadcast

Think of this as the main stage experience, only more personal. You’ll watch talks as they happen, then stick around for live interviews with our speakers, hosted by the brilliant Torrey Podmajersky. We answer audience questions on air, cheer each other on in Slack, and share real moments together. And if you can’t join every session live, don’t worry — recordings are yours through October 2026.

Watch parties

During the main conference, we open up Zoom rooms for smaller-group watch parties. Each one features a pre-recorded talk followed by a live Q&A with the speaker. These run at different times than the live broadcast, so you won’t miss a thing. You choose your session, watch alongside fellow attendees, and stick around to ask questions and share ideas. Can’t make it? No problem, every watch party with Q&As is recorded and added to your on-demand library.

Button Slack

This is where the magic happens — real-time chat and connection with fellow attendees all conference long. Swap ideas, share resources, or just bond over tacos and pet pics. Channels include #leadership, #jobs, #solo-ICs,#BIPOC-at-button, and more.

Note: Slack access is not included with recordings-only tickets.

Virtual event website

A week before the event, you’ll get access to the virtual event site, which will be your home base for all things Button. There, you’ll find the full schedule, livestream access, watch party breakout links, and everything in the on-demand library.

On-demand library

Watch party talks are available before the conference begins, so you can start learning early. After the event, you’ll get recordings of both the watch parties and the live broadcasts, including all the Q&As, along with slide decks from every session. Final, edited videos will be posted within two weeks of the event, and everything will be yours to watch (and rewatch) through October 2026.
