“You all seriously know how to treat folks. The attention to detail, the thoughtful planning, the clearly considered experience—that stuff matters. I’ve always appreciated that as an attendee, and now as a speaker, I felt very, very supported.”–Lisa Maria Marquis, independent consultant
“The Button team produced this event with exquisite skill, warmth, and heart, and they made it shockingly manageable, both operationally and emotionally, for a first-timer.”–Rachel de Jong, Senior Content Designer at Instacart

Button speakers are fairly compensated.

We understand not only the time and effort that goes into speaking at a conference, but also the deep expertise our speakers bring to the table. We offer all Button speakers (in person and remote) an honorarium and a free ticket to the main conference. For speakers asked to participate in person, we also offer a stipend for travel and accommodations.
