Shannon is an experience design lead at Capital One. In past lives, she’s worked as a web copywriter, an SEO specialist, an instructional designer, and a UX content strategist. No matter the role, she trues back to the same modus operandi: deeply understanding and connecting with people and their needs and problem solving through the lens of communication.
Shannon’s based in Richmond, Virginia, where she co-organizes UX and content strategy meetups for the local design community. When she’s not exclaiming about microcopy, you can find her snuggling up for movie night with her family and two dogs. She firmly believes leopard print is a neutral.
