Meghan Rosatelli, PhD is a Director of Service Design at Capital One where she leads design for new acquisition integrations. She previously led the Capital One enterprise design system and enterprise content standards. She holds a doctorate in Media, Art and Text and teaches courses in digital, internet and post-internet art at the University of Richmond.
