Kelsey Peters is currently a principal content designer for Expedia Group’s traveler-facing products, including Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo. She’s been a content designer (even if not by title) across a number of industries including health insurance, higher ed, and professional sports. Kelsey believes content is essential to the user experience, but it’s not 100% of the user experience – it’s a team sport. She’s a proud Chicagoan and doting dog mom to Heidi.
