Jordan Craig

Jordan Craig leads the Horizontal, Search Generative Experience (generative AI) UX writing/content design team at Google. She is skilled in content design, traditional and digital marketing and commercial production. She has exceptional expertise in crafting voice and tone style guides, brand guidelines and training large language models. Prior to joining Google, Jordan led the content design team at Twitter as the Director of Content Design. She has also provided strategic direction to numerous nonprofits and associations such as Pan American Health Organization, Public Broadcasting Service, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
