Charlie Boydell-Smith is a senior content designer at Bupa in the UK. He started in advertising, before working in user-centered design teams in higher education and the UK government. Charlie is an Eagles-obsessed country bumpkin living in Manchester, who loves to cook and pretend he can pick out flavor profiles in wine.
