Advocates for content ops offer a multitude of solutions for helping content designers work more efficiently, but many of their ideas can seem highly impractical to overloaded teams dealing with hiring freezes. Can we implement any of the proposed content ops solutions without hiring a specialist or overloading existing team members?

Barbara will discuss how a leaner, scrappier version of content design ops can maintain relevance and continue delivering value in a changing content design landscape.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Leverage work your team has already done by capturing and encoding existing content patterns that can help scale content creation.
  • Use analytics and user data to focus strategically on building and updating your most useful content patterns and components.
  • Adopt a practical, outcome-based mindset when it comes to adoption of your content components.
  • Make an impact on stakeholders, and make the case for more resources for content design ops.
