Registration details

Your ticket to Button includes:‍

How can I pay for Button?

By credit card: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

By check: During the registration process, select “check” under payment options. You will receive a copy of your invoice once registration is complete, which will include mailing information and payment instructions.

By wire transfer: During the registration process, select “wire transfer” under payment options. You will receive a copy of your invoice once registration is complete, which will include bank information and payment instructions.

Can my team register for Button as a group?

Yes! During the registration process, you’ll have the option to add more attendees. If you have a group of three or more, use the code GROUP10 for each person you register to receive a 10% discount.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes! If you qualify for a discount, use the associated code for 10% off your ticket price. Please note: discount codes cannot be combined.

  • Groups of three or more: GROUP10 (enter the code for each person during the registration process)
  • Higher ed employees: HIGHERED10
  • Nonprofit employees: NONPROFIT10

Can I cancel registration if I can’t attend?

Yes, if you cancel:

  • by July 23, 2021 (5:00 p.m. CST), you will receive a 75% refund of total fees.
  • by August 20, 2021 (5:00 p.m. CST), you will receive a 50% refund of total fees.
  • by September 17, 2021 (5:00 p.m. CST), you will receive a 25% refund of total fees.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. The deadline to transfer your ticket is 5:00 p.m. CST on September 17, 2021. Contact us to complete a transfer. Review our full terms and conditions.

Can more than one person attend Button on the same ticket?

No. Emails and passwords are unique to each registration and can only be used by one attendee.

Can I buy a ticket for the on-demand video library only?

No, there is only one ticket type for Button 2021. That ticket includes the live broadcast October 20–22, as well as the on-demand recorded library. Registered ticket holders will have unlimited access to all recorded broadcasts and talks for a full year (until October 21, 2022). You can register for Button at any time during the live event.
