Steffen is one of the world’s first 21 people to earn a master’s degree in content strategy and the creator of “Content Strategy in a nutshell,” the first Instagram account purely dedicated to UX content strategy. After finishing his studies in 2014, he went on to become a product content strategist for an enterprise SaaS product by Trusted Shops, Germany’s biggest provider of customer reviews.
Right now he’s working for Digitas Pixelpark in Cologne, where he’s helping German Federal Ministries to create content in a more strategic and user-centric way. His vision is to raise more awareness for content strategy in Germany and to establish ideas based on GOV.UK’s content design methodology in Germany’s public sector.
When he’s not thinking about content, Steffen usually plays story-driven video games or listens to post-rock music.
