Rachel de Jong is a senior content designer at Instacart, where she was one of the first people to bring clear, human language to product work across the company.
In addition to working on some of Instacart’s highest-priority growth efforts, she defined an engagement model that helped cross-functional partners adapt existing workflows to effectively include content design. She did this as an IC, and she thinks you can, too.
Rachel has spent her career helping organizations find their story and tell it well. She believes that all good design starts with an open culture and a thoughtful dose of structure.
