Krystal Higgins

Krystal is a senior user experience designer who connects the dots between products, systems, and the people who use them. She has a passion for user onboarding and wrote Better Onboarding to help teams understand how to guide their new users. She also shares tips for designing in-product guidance through talks, workshops, and through her blog at kryshiggins.com. Outside of her onboarding work, she’s spent more than 15 years on mobile, web, wearable, and new-platform products at companies like NVIDIA, eBay, and Google. When she’s not working on tech-meets-humans projects, she enjoys painting, illustration, and scuba diving.
