What’s included with each pass type?

Individual and All-team passes get All the Things:

• The Button two-day live broadcast, including talks, live speaker Q&As, and panel discussions
  
• Group watch parties in Zoom with live speaker Q&A
• All on-demand recordings of the live broadcast, watch parties, and individual talks (to watch through August 2025)
• The exclusive Button conference Slack workspace

Recordings-only passes are just that: on-demand recordings only.

Note: Once the conference ends, all final recordings (including watch parties) will be available within two weeks. You can watch the recordings through August 2025.

Can I buy an individual or recordings-only pass, then let others watch along with me?

Friends, please:

Do not share your login with others, and do not watch together on one person’s pass.

Our policy is that every person who watches/attends all things Button must have their own individual login. This is granted when you purchase an individual pass (or through an all-team pass).

This is, of course, an on-your-honor policy. Please know that our tiny team depends on every ticket sale to keep the lights on! Thanks for doing your part.

How does an all-team pass work?

An individual pass provides a Button conference login for one person. When you purchase an all-team pass, you’re essentially buying up to 10 or 20 individual passes for one flat price.

If your team is bigger than 20 people, you can purchase multiple all-team passes.

If you just need a few extras over the all-team pass limit, you can add on individual passes  for 50% off the current price.

After you purchase your all-team pass, we’ll follow up with instructions on how to have each team member register for their individual event access pass.

What’s included with the conference recordings?

Conference recordings include the two-day live Button broadcast and all watch parties. Recordings will remain available for on-demand viewing through August 2025.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes! If you qualify for a discount, use the associated code for savings:

• Nonprofit: NP100
• Government: GOV100
• Self-employed or unemployed: SELF200
• Student: CLASS200

Discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes do not apply to all-team passes or recordings-only passes.

How can I pay for Button?

By credit card: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

By check or purchase order: During the registration process, select “check” or “purchase order” under payment options. Once registration is complete, you will be able to print or view a copy of your invoice, which will include mailing information and payment instructions.

By wire transfer: During the registration process, select “wire transfer” under payment options. Once registration is complete, you will be able to print or view a copy of your invoice, which will include bank information and payment instructions.

Can I cancel my registration if I can’t attend?

For individual and all-team passes: Yes, if you cancel ...

• by May 31, 2024 (5:00 p.m. CDT), you will receive a 75% refund of total fees.
• by June 30, 2024 (5:00 p.m. CDT), you will receive a 50% refund of total fees.
• by August 31, 2024 (5:00 p.m. CDT), you will receive a 25% refund of total fees.
  

No refunds are available after September 1, 2024.

For recordings: Sorry, we don’t offer refunds for these.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. The deadline to transfer your ticket is 5:00 p.m. CDT on August 31, 2024. Contact us to complete a transfer. See full terms and conditions.
