Registration details

How can I pay for Button?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The full conference fee is due at the time of registration. If you choose the “pay by check” option, your check is due within 7 days of registration. Include attendee name(s) on the check, and make checks payable to: Brain Traffic, 615 First Avenue NE, Suite 475, Minneapolis, MN 55413.

Can my team register for Button as a group?

Why, yes! Button is a great place to get your team collaborating and talking about product content in a whole new way. Registering a group of three or more? Email us at hello@buttonconf.com to get a special code to receive an extra 10% off. Please note: We can only accept one type of discount per registration. This discount does not apply to the first 100 tickets, which are already discounted.

What other discounts are available?

If you are not part of a group, we also offer a 10% discount for folks working in nonprofits, government, and higher ed institutions with nonprofit status—just get in touch for a special registration code. Please note: We can only accept one type of discount per registration. This cannot be combined with the group discount or the discounted price on the first 100 tickets.

Conference policies

Can I cancel or transfer my registration if I can’t attend?

You can transfer your registration to someone else up until September 4. Just get in touch, and we’ll be happy to update the ticket information.

You can also cancel your registration up until September 4 if there’s no one to send in your place. Here are the refund deadlines:

  • Up until July 17: 75% refund
  • July 18 through August 21: 50% refund
  • August 22 through September 4: 25% refund
  • After September 4: No refunds available

After September 4, we’re sorry to say we can’t cancel or transfer your registration or issue a refund. If you need help with a transfer or a refund up until September 4, contact us at hello@buttonconf.com.
