This year, Button is a hybrid event! That means you can choose to join us either in person (Seattle, WA) or virtually (online). No matter what, we’ll all be Button-ing together October 10–12.
By credit card: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
By PO: During the registration process, select “PO” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete. Submit this invoice to your purchasing department to create a PO.
By check: During the registration process, select “check” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete, which will include mailing information and payment instructions.
By wire transfer: During the registration process, select “wire transfer” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete, which will include bank information and payment instructions.

Yes. During the registration process, you’ll have the option to add additional attendees. For groups of three or more, enter code GROUP100 (for each person during the registration process) to get $100 off for each attendee.
We also offer a Learning Together pass that allows a single administrator to stream on-demand Button recordings for groups of up to 10, 25, or 50 people (depending on pass type). Contact us to learn more.
Yes. Qualifying attendees may use the associated code for $100 off each live or virtual event ticket* price. (Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.)
Students and freelancers also qualify for discounted pricing on virtual event tickets and recordings-only purchases. (There are no additional discounts for the live event in 2022.) Please contact us for more information.

Yes, you can purchase access to the Button on-demand library of videos and slides. The library will include recordings of the live broadcast and pre-recorded library talks. (We do not record speaker-hosted watch parties, small-group discussions, Seattle-only breakout sessions, or social events.) Register for access to recordings post-event.
Yes, if you cancel:
No refunds are available after August 26, 2022. We do not offer refunds on recordings-only purchases. If you need to cancel your ticket, please review our terms and conditions, then contact us for help.
Yes. The deadline to transfer your ticket is 5:00 p.m. CST on September 16, 2022. Please review our terms and conditions, then contact us for help.

If you get COVID or any other illness (at any time leading up to the event), you can obtain a full refund, or convert to a virtual ticket with a full refund for the price difference.
If you change your mind after registering due to COVID circumstances, your ticket cancellation will still be subject to cancellation fees outlined in terms and conditions. If you want to convert your in-person ticket to a virtual ticket, you will receive a full refund for the price difference up to two weeks before the event; after that, your ticket change will be subject to fees.
If you need to cancel to care for a family member (or have any other family/illness emergency), you can receive a full refund at any time, or convert your ticket to virtual for a full refund of the price difference at any time.
