We’ll send you login information for the password-protected event site a few days before the event. We make it very easy to find and attend all sessions together!

Live broadcast: The broadcast will stream from the attendee site via the Vimeo platform.

Watch parties: Speaker-hosted watch parties are in Zoom. Times and links will be provided on the event site.

Workshops:  Workshops happen in Zoom. You may also work in an online collaboration space like Miro or Figma. All workshop links will be emailed to participants before the event.

Leadership program: Leadership program sessions happen in Zoom. All leadership program links will be emailed to participants before the event.

On-demand library videos: The on-demand video library is only accessible via the attendee site. Library talks will be available when the attendee site opens. We’ll be in touch about when to expect live broadcast recordings.

If you purchased an on-demand library pass, you will receive login information after the event is over.

No … and this is important.

1) Any individual who wants to attend any workshop, the live broadcast, watch party, or on-demand library video—either alone or in a group—must purchase a pass, both during and after the event.

2) You may not share your login with others.

These rules apply to each and every human attending a watch party, a meetup, a team viewing, a lunchtime session. Each individual who tunes in to all things Button at any time must have a paid-for ticket and individual login.

The one ticket, one person rule is on the honor system. Our speakers and staff thank you for complying!

Yes, but they will not appear in the on-demand library. These recordings will be made available after the event only for the workshop or leadership program sessions an individual attendee registered and paid for.

By PO: During the registration process, select “PO” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete. Submit this invoice to your purchasing department to create a PO.

By check: During the registration process, select “check” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete, which will include mailing information and payment instructions.

By wire transfer: During the registration process, select “wire transfer” under payment options. You will receive a link to your invoice once registration is complete, which will include bank information and payment instructions.

Yes, if you cancel your ticket by September 1, 2023 (5:00 p.m. CST), you will receive a 25% refund of total fees.

No refunds are available after September 2, 2023. We do not offer refunds on on-demand library pass purchases. Review our full terms and conditions.
