Saskia Videler is a senior content architect at the city of Antwerp, Belgium. Before joining the team at the city, she already had 12 years of experience in content strategy and content design as a freelancer, working for both small NGOs and huge organizations such as the European Commission. Currently, she’s in the final stages of creating the city services app with her team, which they will launch by the end of the year.
