Rebecca Evanhoe is a conversation designer, author, and teacher. Since 2012, she has designed technology that talks and listens for Amazon Web Services, Mobiquity, Shadow Health, and more. She co-authored Conversations with Things: UX Design for Chat and Voice (Rosenfeld, 2021). She teaches conversation design as a visiting assistant professor at Pratt Institute. With degrees in chemistry and fiction writing, she's passionate about how interdisciplinary thinking can combine arts, humanities, sciences, and tech.
