Imposter syndrome: The struggle is real (but doesn’t need to be!)

Content design is growing fast, and everyone involved is shaping the field. Each and every one of us has unique experiences and knowledge to share with the community. So why aren’t more voices being heard?

Imposter syndrome.

When you see a lineup like the Button speakers, you might think, “Who am I to walk amongst them?” Don’t. In fact, I’d ask, “Who are you to hoard your knowledge and experience and keep it to yourself?” Let’s talk about how you can set imposter syndrome aside so we can all benefit from what you have to say.

In this talk, you’ll learn how to:

  • Give your imposter syndrome a name.
  • Identify how imposter syndrome is preventing your growth.
  • Take action and break through it.
