Content-driven UX as an extension of brand narrative strategy

As content strategists, we need to ensure that our content is an extension of the brand’s narrative strategy—for the promise, the message, and the experience. We invest in content-driven design processes, and in design and content systems, but do the customers care about our work?

In a way, customers have nothing to do with our systems—they just care what our brand promises and delivers. As experience architects and designers, we need to help them live this experience on the interface, in the interactions. This is why our work is an extension of the brand narrative strategy.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand what the customers and the audience actually care about, and how our work leaves an impact that is far beyond the interface.
  • See how product content strategy takes the brand narrative forward.
  • Embrace our roles as brand architects in many ways.
